As part of the awards presentation, there will be a brief ceremony honoring the first year awarding of the Seymour and Audrey Topping Scholarship.

 

 
The 2023 OPC Foundation Scholar Award ceremonies are dedicated to the memory of  William Rukeyser, a groundbreaking journalist and a treasured board member of the OPC Foundation.  Bill was managing editor of Fortune and founding editor of Money magazine.
